All orders over $49 are provided with Free Shipping when shipping to our customers in the 48 contiguous states of the US, while orders under $49 have a flat rate of $15. For orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii, there is a flat fee of $150 on any order.

If any product proves to be defective, contact us immediately. Do Not Ship the product back without contacting us first for an (RGA) # and return instructions. After we receive the defective merchandise, we will test it, if need be, and we will ship back to you (at our expense) a non-defective replacement product.
Depending on the product, orders can take approximately 1 to 3 weeks for delivery depending on availability. Occasionally production schedules change and a product will be temporarily out of stock. This can cause delays. Backorders are beyond our control. Please contact us at 866-941-7358 if your order has not been received in the time expected. We will contact you by e-mail with any backorder information we receive. Please do not schedule any contractor services prior to receiving and inspecting your products. We will not be held responsible for contractor fees for any reason. Some shipments require signature delivery. We are not responsible for scheduling delivery appointments with the shipping company. Please contact the shipping company to arrange for alternate delivery if you will not be home to sign for the package. Please note that we do curbside delivery on LTL shipments. We do not offer white glove delivery services.
If the packaging appears to be damaged on the outside, please refuse to accept it from the carrier; or please make sure when signing the shipper's proof-of delivery slip, you include a note stating the package is or appears to be damaged. If you do accept a damaged shipment, please inform us and the carrier (ups, fedex, ect.,) immediately. Depending on the product and where/how it was shipped.
HOLD ONTO THE ORIGINAL BOXES AND PACKAGING. We will only accept a return if a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA) has been issued and the product is returned in the original manufacturer's packaging. Once a return is submitted, it can take anywhere from 2-5 business days to obtain an RGA number from the manufacturer. Products may be returned within 60 days of receiving them. The products must be brand new (never used or lead wire cut) and in perfect condition with all of the manufacturer's packaging intact. Your original shipping and processing charges will not be refunded, if applicable. There will be a 15% restock fee on any returned item (25% restock fee on all freight shipments). Returns of 5 or more items will be subject to a 25% restock fee. Orders returned after 60 days or without an RGA # will evaluated on a case by case basis. Once returned, items musts go through inspection. We estimate credit will be issued within 10-14 business days from the day the item is received back.We do not accept returns on quoted fixtures or parts, replacement parts, light bulbs, individual components, or certain accessories(down rods, remotes, lamp shades, replacement glass, mounting hardware,fan blades....etc.) . We do not accept returns from Alaska and Hawaii. Some exclusions apply to these brands: Arteriors, Eglo, Kuzco, Flambeau, Elstead, Gilded Nola, Corbett, Framburg, House of Troy, Hudson Valley, and Troy Lighting.
