HOLD ONTO THE ORIGINAL BOXES AND PACKAGING. We will only accept a return if a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA) has been issued and the product is returned in the original manufacturer's packaging. Once a return is submitted, it can take anywhere from 2-5 business days to obtain an RGA number from the manufacturer. Products may be returned within 60 days of receiving them. The products must be brand new (never used or lead wire cut) and in perfect condition with all of the manufacturer's packaging intact. Your original shipping and processing charges will not be refunded, if applicable. There will be a 15% restock fee on any returned item (15% restock fee on all freight shipments with customer responsible for return freight).Returns of 5 or more items will be subject to a 25% restock fee. Orders returned after 60 days or without an RGA # will evaluated on a case by case basis. Once returned, items musts go through inspection. We estimate credit will be issued within 10-14 business days from the day the item is received back.We do not accept returns on quoted fixtures or parts, replacement parts, light bulbs, individual components, or certain accessories(down rods, remotes,lamp shades,replacement glass,mounting hardware,fan blades....etc.) . We do not accept returns from Alaska and Hawaii. Some exclusions apply to these brands: Arteriors, Eglo,Kuzco, Flambeau, Elstead, Gilded Nola,Corbett, Framburg, House of Troy, Hudson Valley, Robert Abbey Lighting, Meyda, Schonbek, Renwil, and Troy Lighting. If you refused your shipment, it can take 2-4 weeks to receive credit, if the warehouse finds the item, and it's not damaged. If the item is not located or it's received damaged, credit will be denied. A restocking fee of 25% may apply to any refused shipment(as well as any shipping fees).The same applies to any shipment that must be re-routed at the request of the customer.

All products sold by Southfork Lighting are covered by our lifetime warranty. If you have purchased a product from us and find it to be defective, please contact Customer Support at 866-941-SFLT for assistance in processing your claim. We will in no uncertain terms or conditions be liable for installation fees of any kind.
If any product proves to be defective, contact us immediately. Do Not Ship the product back without contacting us first for an (RGA) # and return instructions. After we receive the defective merchandise, we will test it, if need be, and we will ship back to you (at our expense) a non-defective replacement product.
Depending on the product, orders can take approximately 1 to 3 weeks for delivery depending on availability. Occasionally production schedules change and a product will be temporarily out of stock. This can cause delays. Backorders are beyond our control. Please contact us at 866-941-SFLT if your order has not been received in the time expected. We will contact you by e-mail with any backorder information we receive. Orders valued at $50 or more will require signature delivery.
If the packaging appears to be damaged on the outside, please refuse to accept it from the carrier; or please make sure when signing the shipper's proof-of delivery slip, you include a note stating the package is or appears to be damaged. If you do accept a damaged shipment, please inform us and the carrier (ups, fedex, ect.,) immediately. You must request a replacement on damaged goods within 5 days of the date of receipt.
