How does the 2 Day Delivery Time Work?

Our 2 Day Delivery guarantee is calculated based upon a 10:00am PST order cut-off. All orders placed after 10:00am are considered placed the following business day for calculation purposes. For example, an order placed on a Monday at 10:30am would be guaranteed to arrive on Thursday. An order placed at 9:30am on a Monday would be guaranteed to arrive on Wednesday. If an order is placed after 10:00am on a Friday or over the weekend, the 2 Day Delivery guarantee starts the following Monday (to arrive on Wednesday). Holidays and weekends are not counted as business days.

Orders placed by 11:59PM Pacific Time will likely be shipped within two business days. Kichler Superstore offers Free Ground Shipping in the continental United States for all orders.

What is your Prepaid-Return policy?

Merchandise may be returned up to 21 days from the date of receiving the order to receive a FULL refund. This means that if you change your mind about an item you purchased from one of our participating brands, we will simply issue you a prepaid return label and you would just send the merchandise back at no cost to you. You will NOT be responsible for any shipping charges or restocking fees! Just print out the UPS prepaid label we send you via email, take the package(s) to your nearest UPS pick-up center and we will issue your refund within 48 hours of receipt and inspection. How do I make a return?

To start the process, simply complete our short return request form. One of our customer service representatives will process your request and an RGA number will be issued. They will also provide you with a prepaid-label with instructions within 5 business day of submitting your request. Once you are provided the prepaid UPS label(s), follow the instructions provided, take the package(s) to your nearest UPS pick-up center, and we will issue your full refund within 2 business days of receipt and inspection. Labels are good for 30 days from the date issued. If labels are not used within 30 days, they will expire. The customer is responsible for return shipping if the prepaid label has expired. Please make sure to read the conditions below.

Refunds will only be issued under the following conditions:
  1. Merchandise must not have been installed or altered in any way.
  2. The merchandise must be in re-saleable condition, in its original carton, including all packaging materials and accessories.
  3. No returns will be allowed for Discount, Open Box or Clearance products.
  4. No returns on bulb or part orders.
  5. Claims after 21 days of receipt are not eligible for return or replacement.
  6. Refunds for returned products cannot exceed the originally charged amount.
  7. Orders shipped to Canada, Hawaii, or Alaska are excluded from our Prepaid Returns program.
  8. Products that are shipped via freight truck DO NOT qualify for this program.
  9. Any original shipping charges incurred are not eligible for a refund.
  10. Orders placed prior to the Brand's start date in this Promotion do not qualify.

In Stock or Get $100!

If you order a product from one of our participating manufacturers, and the item goes on back order, we'll give you a credit of $100 back on your order of $400 or more. If your order is under $400, you can still get a 20% credit off your order! If we don't have it, you get paid for waiting until we do!


  • Orders under $400 receive a 20% credit off their order if the item is back ordered.
  • Items that are in stock are not eligible for the credit.
  • In Stock credits are issued on a per order basis. Only 1 credit can be issued per order. Credit cannot exceed the original amount charged. If multiple items from participating brands are back ordered, you receive either $100 if your order total was over $400, OR 20% off your total, whichever is less.
  • Our In Stock Guarantee credit cannot be combined with our Quick Delivery Promotions. Only 1 credit can be issued per order.
  • Offer applies to new orders only. Replacement orders are not eligible for the In Stock credit.
  • If you choose to cancel or return a qualifying item, you are no longer eligible for the credit. The credit can only be applied if you choose to wait for the back ordered item.
  • Only standard products qualify for our In Stock guarantee. Special lamping, customer finishes, or made-to-order products are NOT eligible for the In Stock credit.
  • At this time, we are unable to extend this offer on orders shipping to Canada.
  • You must claim your credit within 30 days of product delivery. Claims requested after 30 days will be denied.
