What are my shipping charges?

  • Ground shipping in the continental USA is free for orders of $100 or more on the majority of our lighting products. Some of our over-sized items incur special shipping charges. Please contact customer service at 888-654-2474 for a shipping quote.
  • For orders less than $100, we charge a flat rate of $12.99 per order for Ground shipping in the continental USA
  • For expedited shipping charges and addresses outside the continental USA, shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered shipping method choices and their prices. We will ship your order shortly after we receive payment from you.

What shipping options do I have?

We offer 3 methods of shipping via Federal Express:

  • Ground Shipping: Free ground shipping in the continental USA for orders of $100 or more with the exception a few of our over-sized lighting fixtures that incur special shipping charges (please refer to "What are my shipping charges?" above for details.) Based on the distance between the Kichler Lighting warehouse and your shipping destination, once shipped, your product will be in transit from two to five business days.
  • Two-Day Air: Once shipped, your product will be in transit for two business days.
  • Standard Overnight: Once shipped, your product will arrive the following business day.

For large orders and orders of oversized items, please select the "Call for Special Shipping Arrangements" option. Our customer service agents will work with you to determine the best shipping method for your order.

When can I expect my product to arrive?

When you order light fixtures at Kichler Superstore, your factory sealed products are shipped directly from Kichler Lighting warehouse in Ohio, Georgia or Nevada. Please note that FedEx does not guarantee delivery times for Ground shipments. If you wish to receive your products by a certain date, please choose our expedited shipping options. Also please note that FedEx Standard Overnight and Two-Day Air services do not deliver on weekend days or holidays, only on business days.

  • Use Standard Overnight for your products to arrive in 2 business days once shipped from the warehouse
  • Use Two-Day Air for your products to arrive in 3 business days once shipped from the warehouse

When will my order ship?

Orders placed by 11:59pm Pacific Time will likely ship within 2 business days.

What if I change my mind about my order after it is shipped?

After the item is shipped we cannot cancel the order. If you would like to return your product please follow our standard Return Policy. Please note that if you choose to refuse delivery of your package(s) instead of following our return procedures, you will be charged a $50 service fee per package.

Do you ship to Alaska or Hawaii?

Yes, we do ship to Alaska and Hawaii, though you will be charged a shipping fee for these regions.

My order never arrived.

Click the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance. An item is missing from my shipment.

If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.
