When can I expect my product to arrive?When you order light fixtures at Kichler Superstore, your factory sealed products are shipped directly from Kichler Lighting warehouse in Ohio, Georgia or Nevada. Please note that FedEx does not guarantee delivery times for Ground shipments. If you wish to receive your products by a certain date, please choose our expedited shipping options. Also please note that FedEx Standard Overnight and Two-Day Air services do not deliver on weekend days or holidays, only on business days.
When will my order ship?Orders placed by 11:59pm Pacific Time will likely ship within 2 business days.
What if I change my mind about my order after it is shipped?After the item is shipped we cannot cancel the order. If you would like to return your product please follow our standard Return Policy. Please note that if you choose to refuse delivery of your package(s) instead of following our return procedures, you will be charged a $50 service fee per package. Do you ship to Alaska or Hawaii?Yes, we do ship to Alaska and Hawaii, though you will be charged a shipping fee for these regions.
